Prompt notification is one of the most important steps when discovering loss or damage to your cargo.

Remember:

• Concealed damage must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery.
• Shortages must be reported within one (1) business day of delivery.

If you don’t have all the required documents to file your claim, you should still report your loss to the insurance company.

Please keep in mind that our claims adjusters will review your claim only when the complete claim package has been received.
